Why are the consults free?
Because every other agency charges for them and we want to remove every reason not to book. We get to know your business and figure out whether we're a fit — and you walk away with a written summary either way. If we're not the right partner, we'll say so on the call.
Why don't you publish retainer rates?
Because real engagement scope ranges 5–10x across clients in the same service line. A solo-founder e-commerce store needs different paid acquisition than a 200-person B2B SaaS — and quoting the same monthly retainer for both would either over-charge one or under-scope the other. After the free consult, we send a written quote scoped to what you actually need.
How does the Social Media free trial work?
You book the strategy consult (free). On the call we audit your current accounts and present a 2-week content plan. If you want to see us run it, we activate a full 2-week free trial — content production, scheduling, community management — no card on file required. If you continue, we move to a monthly retainer.
What does a Launchpad engagement look like?
Launchpad is for founders bringing a new idea. Three stages: (1) Free viability consult, (2) Optional Full Market Analysis — a costed, written deliverable, (3) Quote-based end-to-end delivery if the analysis says go. The delivery stage covers everything — brand, web, marketing, social, AI — under one accountable contract.
What if I'm not sure which service I need?
Book Launchpad. The free viability consult is structured to figure out the right path with you — even if that path is just one of our other services. We won't oversell.
Can I cancel the monthly retainer?
Yes. Month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No lock-in. We keep clients by delivering results, not by trapping them.
What if my project spans multiple services?
That's exactly what Novara Digital was built for. Most of our larger engagements span 2–4 services — web + marketing under one contract, AI + web + social, etc. One project manager, one weekly status — instead of coordinating four separate agencies.
