Terms of Service

Novara Digital ("Novara," "we," "our") provides consulting, implementation, and ongoing management services across AI automation, web and app development, marketing, social media management, and influencer management. By booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Initial consultations are free of charge and run approximately 45 minutes. We ask you to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session as a courtesy. If you engage Novara Digital after the consultation, scope, timeline, and pricing are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). The Launchpad service includes an optional paid second stage (Full Market Analysis) priced separately; engagement in that stage is at your discretion after the free viability consult.

Implementation scope, timeline, and pricing are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) provided after your consultation. Monthly retainers are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

Where a service includes a free trial period (such as the 2-week trial offered as part of our Social Media Management service), the trial is activated on the consultation call and runs for the stated duration. No card on file is required for the trial; continuation past the trial is opt-in via a signed retainer agreement.

All work product, automations, designs, and systems built for you are yours. Upon final payment, full ownership of all deliverables transfers to you. Novara Digital retains no proprietary claim to your custom-built systems.

We treat all information shared during consultations and engagements as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g., integrating with your existing tools).

Novara Digital's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The ROI Calculator and other tools on this website provide estimates based on industry benchmarks. They are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of specific results. Actual savings depend on your specific business operations.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then mediation if necessary.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
